Association management with contributions, invoices, and SEPA
The Association Manager turns Keimeno into a structured administration environment for clubs, associations, and other membership organizations. Memberships, contribution groups, invoices, payments, SEPA workflows, documents, and privacy processes are brought together in one central backend module.
Central membership administration
Persons remain maintained in `memindex`. The Association Manager adds membership-specific information such as membership number, status, member type, contribution group, payment method, entry date, exit date, SEPA mandate, and internal notes.
Billing and payment workflows
Recurring contributions can be prepared, reviewed, and converted into invoices. The module supports invoice PDFs, invoice mailing, payment recording, reminders, return debits, and SEPA direct debit runs with `pain.008` export and pre-notifications.
The Association Manager combines membership administration, contribution billing, documents, and privacy workflows in one practical tool for daily association work.
Documents, exports, and privacy
Member documents can be managed, CSV exports can be created, and GDPR information workflows can be prepared. Sensitive actions such as payments, SEPA exports, document operations, privacy exports, and anonymization are recorded in the audit log.
